WORKSHOP

WORKSHOP

Saturday 22 April | 1.00 - 4.00 pm

In this workshop we'll explore how waves might become a compelling metaphor to consider our relationship to forces more powerful than ourselves.

Through reflective writing tasks we will create improvised movement scores that embody our shared experiences of the ocean. There will be opportunities for guided movement, self-exploration and conversation. Zoë would love to learn what waves mean to you as we draw on personal histories and future imaginaries that have the power to transform our world.

Zoë is a firm believer that everyBODY can dance! All experience levels and abilities are welcome. Ages: 15+

Afternoon tea is provided. Please bring your own water bottle.

Wheelchair accessible
